Wigan were under the cosh for the first 10 minutes of this match, and it wasn’t until were scored against the run of play that we began to get into the game. Spurs equalised 10 minutes later, again against the run of play, with a lucky deflection.
We matched Spurs for the next 45 minutes and two quick goals kept things level.
Wigan began to take control of the match in the last 15 minutes but couldn’t make the breakthrough despite some good efforts.
We deserved a point out of the game at the JJB earlier in the season and this time I think we deserved all 3.
