Wigan Athletic travelled up to Sunderland hoping to get their first win since August and they did just that in dramatic fashion with Franco Di Santo’s last gasp winner.

There was the usual shaky start but after 30 minutes or so the team settled down and played their way into the game, Ali, although at fault for Larsson’s opening goal, produced a couple of cracking saves to make amends, the back-line played well, Caldwell and Gohouri kept Bendtner quiet whilst Figgy took no chances and had a solid game.

The midfield was effective, Jordi Gomez having a good game, Diame, McCarthy and Jones were busy all afternoon, whilst Victor Moses and Conor Sammon were a handful for the Sunderland defenders, but my man of the match was Ronnie Stam

The flying Dutchman had a great game and his rampaging runs were a great outlet for the Latics attacking threat. So Ronnie Stam for me, but who was your man of the match?
