Latics target Roussel

Paul Jewell is reported to be interested in signing the 27 year-old Belgian striker Cedric Roussel from Standard Liege, possibly on loan.

Roussel is on loan to Standard Liege from Russian side Ruben Kazan and previously played in England for Coventry City and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
