Wigan to face Crawley in FA Cup first round

Wigan Athletic will face Harry Kewell’s Crawley Town in the Emirates FA Cup first round proper.

The fixture will be played on the weekend of Saturday 4th November 2017, but the date is subject to change if the tie is selected for TV coverage by either the BBC or BT Sport.

Latics were the highest ranked team in the competition at this stage, due to being top of League One.

Wigan chairman David Sharpe was also present for the pre-draw build-up show live on BBC2.
