Wigan Athletic striker Jason Scotland is being chased by Ipswich Town with the Tractor Boys boss Roy Keane hoping to tie the big man up in time for tomorrows Championship opener against Middlesbrough

There has been a fair bit of interest in Scotland from Championship clubs in the past couple of weeks but Ipswich have made the first official bid and want to take the former Swansea City striker initially on loan before making the deal permanent with an offer thought to be in the region of £750,000 on the table.
