A little bit of transfer gossip/rumour has come my way concerning the Latics

On Tuesday of this week, Wigan Athletic General Manager and Chief Scout Kevin Reeves met with the representative of a Morocco international at the DW Stadium, with a view to signing the player

Through a little bit of research I believe that player is Nordin Amrabat of Turkish club Kayserispor

25 year old Amrabat is a Dutch born Moroccan, he started his career in Holland, making his name as an attacking midfield player with VVV Venlo before moving to PSV Eindhoven in 2008, he joined Kayserispor in January 2011 and has made 38 appearances for the Turkish club scoring 6 goals

Amrabat has declared that he’s ‘played his last game for Kayerispor’, he is also linked with both Napoli and Galatasaray
