A brilliant performance and tremendous result for the Latics at Reading, Maynor Figueroa and Paul Scharner excelled at the back, with Figgy scoring a cracking goal and Scharns tackle on Pogrebnyak in the first half simply outstanding.
Both Macca’s had very good games and Jean Beausejour was back to his best, Shaun Maloney and Franco Di Santo were quality, but the man of the match for me was Arouna Koné
Koné scored two goals of course but he also ran the Reading defence ragged all afternoon. I thought he was fantastic, so Koné for me but who was your Latics man of the match against Reading?
