Villa looking to Nick Wigan star Powell?

Rumours are circulating that Championship side Aston Villa are plotting a move to sign Wigan Athletic maverick Nick Powell in the January transfer window.

Villa manager Steve Bruce knows Powell from his days as Hull City boss.

Bruce signed the 23-year-old on loan from Manchester United on Deadline Day of the 2015 January window.
