Earlier this year, on Mothers Day, Jamie Perry, 28, from Ipswich sadly passed away whilst playing for his Sunday league football team, Trojans FC. Jamie leaves behind his wife and two young daughters, aged 4 and 2.

Such is the tragedy of the situation, his team mates organised a charity event in a bid to raise money to help Jamie’s family. The team was able to gather together many donated prizes, which were used as raffle prizes.

The shirt has been signed by the current Latics squad including Titus Bramble and Hugo Rodallega who scored the only goal of the game.

A good item that is supporting a good cause. Best wishes to Jo and the girls at this sad time from all at Vital Wigan.
