The nerves are showing

Four games to go and I`m feeling a bit jittery.

Normally around this time of the year I take each game as it comes, but for some reason this season I can`t stop looking ahead, trying to see were we are going to get points from, looking at other clubs fixtures, and generally feeling very, very nervous.

At the moment it is too close to call in the dreaded relegation battle, I just hope that it does not go down to the last game at Sheffield United, because that would be a battle!

Starting with Liverpool this Saturday I honestly believe we will get a point, let`s face it Benitez will not play his strongest squad with Chelsea looming in the Champions League semi`s the following Wednesday, so we can expect a start for Robbie Fowler with Gerrard and Crouch on the bench.

Heskey will surely score at the Kop End and hopefully we will keep it tight at the back and not concede any dodgy penalties.

Next up we have Middlesbrough at the JJB, they travel worse than my old Kia Pride! I would almost put my mortgage on this one, a two nil win for the Latics with three valuable points.

West Ham arrive at the JJB on the 28th April, with the Hammers selling out their allocation of over 5,000, a cracking atmosphere will be generated for what, hopefully, will be a dreary nil-nil draw, giving us another vital point.

So going into the final game of the season we should be already safe on the magical 40 points mark and it wont matter that we get turned over 3-1 with no points.

If only it was that simple?oh the nerves are starting again, must dash!
