Wigan Athletic attacking midfield man Shaun Maloney took the man of the match vote in last Sundays 1-1 draw with Norwich despite only entering the field of play as a 56th minute substitute

The former Celtic man made an immediate impact in the game and his clever play gave the Latics a great attacking option, he delivered a cracking through ball that allowed Victor Moses to burst through the Norwich defence, round the keeper and score an excellent goal

For the record the voting was:

Shaun Maloney – 62%
Victor Moses – 13%
Ali Al-Habsi – 9%
