Scottish Premiership club Hearts are likely to cash in on young winger Jamie Walker in the January transfer window with the player having not agreed a deal to stay at Tynecastle according to the Daily Record.
The 24-year-old Edinburgh born attacker has been linked with a £300,000 move to Sky Bet League One league leaders Wigan Athletic in the past few days.
Hearts boss Craig Levein has admitted defeat in keeping Walker at the club and a January transfer to Latics seems like a real possibility.
Walker is a product of the academy system at Tynecastle and has gone on to make 175 senior appearances for Hearts in which he has scored 40 goals. Walker was a member of the Hearts side which won the Ladbrokes Championship in 2014/2015 while last season the winger was named the supporters` Player of the Year.
