Wigan Athletic striker Jason Scotland has finally completed his move to Championship club Ipswich Town for an undisclosed fee believed to be in the region of £750,000

The former Swansea striker struggled to score goals in the Premier League with just a solitary league goal to his name last season though he was prolific with Swansea at Championship level.

The 31 year old Trinidad & Tobago international is excited to be joining the Tractor Boys and is looking forward to getting his career back on track.

Speaking to Ipswich Towns official web site Scotland said: ‘I am delighted to have joined Ipswich Town and look forward to trying to help the club get into the Premier League’
