Nothing To Say – Arsenal 3-0 Latics

Back in the 1970`s a song by Nosmo King and The Javells hit the charts, Goodbye, Nothing To Say, and that basically sums up this match report.

For the second time in two months Wigan Athletic travelled to the Emirates and waved the white flag at Arsenal before the game had kicked off, the Gunners are good, but let`s show some bottle.

Our boss, who is a master of the positive, could find only one in this game, ‘James McCarthy made the bench`, that sums it all up really.

Al-Habsi had a great game, again, for ten minutes at the start of the second half we had some possession, van Persie scored three goals and missed a penalty, Gary Caldwell was sent off, in the whole of the game the Latics mustered 3 attempts on goal with just one on target.

Here`s hoping we actually turn up on Tuesday
