No More Signings

Wigan Athletic manager Paul Jewell will not be making any more signings in the January transfer window.

Chairman, Dave Whelan, told Sky Sports News that the Latics manager had got all the players that he had been looking at and there were no further targets.

Wigan signed Neil Mellor from Liverpool and Reto Ziegler from Tottenham Hotspur on loan, David Thompson on a free transfer from Blackburn Rovers and Paul Scharner from Brann Bergen for £2.5 million during the transfer window.
