Once again the attendance at the JJB for Latics games is attracting a lot of attention and though it is begrudgingly I have to admit the sight of the South stand on match days is one of concern.

Whelan said at the end of the 2006/07 season that the club didn`t need to rely on entrance money any more to break even due to the money made just for being a Premier League club, well if that`s the case why don`t we take the bold step and let the kids in for free.

The South stand should be a kids stand, free entry for the kids and a fiver for any adult escorting them there, surely there would be money to be made from selling merchandise on the day of matches, pop, fries etc and we would be securing our future support by getting the young ones in the habit of attending Latics games

Dave Whelan looking to the future

Sometimes you need to take a gamble now for a pay off in the future

Do you think the kids should be allowed in for free?
