Wigan Athletic have been quoted £2 million for Coventry City goalkeeper Keiren Westwood according to the Coventry Telegraph, following reports that the Latics have made a £1 million bid.

The 25 year old shot-stopper is out of contract at the end of the season and is free to talk to interested parties, it is thought that the Latics see Westwood as a replacement for Chris Kirkland.

The ex-Manchester City trainee joined Carlisle on a free transfer in 2004 making 131 appearances for the Cumbrian club before moving to Coventry in 2008 for an undisclosed fee.
