Latics planning raid on Rangers?

Latics have tabled a bid for Rangers midfielder Josh Windass, according to Football Insider.

It is expected that Rangers will demand a significantly higher bid for Windass, who has been in great form scoring five goals in his last 10 games.

Jamie Walker is also reportedly interested in a move to Wigan from Hearts, with a swap deal involving Jack Byrne looking very possible.
