Wigan Athletic have unveiled the new 3rd kit for the season ahead, and it’s red!
Of course this won’t be the first time the Latics have played in red, famously the Second Division Championship was won at Huddersfield Town back in April 2003 in a red kit, back in January 1980 Latics also played in red against Everton at Goodison Park in the FA cup 4th round whilst wearing red and of course the clubs first colours pre the Second World War were red, so there is quite a bit of history
The new tops are available on Tuesday August 7 from the Club Shop in the Galleries, Wigan, online at wiganathletic.com/shop and from the DW Sports stores in Wigan, St Helens and Leigh.
Adult short sleeved shirts are available for £39.99 with juniors available at £29.99. (www.wiganlatics.co.uk)
