Jewell looks to loans

Paul Jewell has said that The Latics are not going to be pressured into buying players in the January transfer window and will look to loan players instead.

He said ‘If we get a couple of loans that would be ideal. Then in the summer, and hopefully if we have stayed in the Premiership, I’ll be able to attract better players.’
