Wigan Athletic boss Graeme Jones is being heavily tipped to become the new Swansea City manager following the departure of Brendan Rodgers to Liverpool

Jones was of course Roberto Martinez’s assistant at the Liberty Stadium before they came to the Latics, Stan James is offering 1/10 on Jones becoming the Swans new manager whilst a few other bookies have suspended betting on a return for the likeable Geordie

A spokesman for SkyBet said: “We’ve suspended betting on the next Swansea manager after seeing a large number of substantial bets on Graeme Jones.”
