Ferguson charged by FA

Everton’s Duncan Ferguson has been charged with violent conduct by the FA for striking Wigan Athletic’s Pascal Chimbonda in Tuesday’s match.

If found guilty he could face another 3-match ban on top of the 3 matches for getting the red card for punching Paul Scharner.

Personally I think a 6-month jail sentence would be more appropriate than a 6-game ban.
