Wigan Athletic defender Dan Burn has been nominated for PFA Bristol Street Motors Player of the Month Award for September.

The 25-year-old has had a very solid month, helping Latics keep four consecutive clean sheets at the DW Stadium. Wigan have the second best defensive record in League One behind Scunthorpe United, conceding just six goals in their opening 11 games, along with seven clean sheets.
