Cotteril Injury Causes Concern

Reports have suggested that Cotterill could miss the next six weeks of Wigan’s battle to avoid relegation from the Premiership.

The Wales international has made 14 appearances in the league – five from the start – since joining The Latics from Bristol City in August.

The Wigan boss also recently made a near club record offer for an unnamed player, with reports in Croatia suggesting his target was Ivica Olic.

The Croatia international currently plays for Russian club CSKA Moscow, but reports in his homeland claim the forward is not keen on a move to the JJB Stadium.
