Wigan Athletic fan and Vital Latics member Mark Sherman is the lucky winner of the Vital Latics book competition and will receive a signed copy of Ken Barlow`s Mild and Bitter Were the Days, Mark was the first name drawn out of the hat for correctly answering the question Win which league did the Latics compete before they gained election to the Football League, the answer was of course the Northern Premier League
