Christmas Fayre At The Book Cycle

Every week the PWU Podcasters trundle off to the Book Cycle in Beech Hill, the old Beech Hill Library, on Buckley Street, to record our ramblings for the entertainment, or not, of the Latics fraternity

The Book Cycle people ask for no payment for our use of their facilities, just for us, if we so like, to make a donation towards heating and lighting costs, which we of course do

The Book Cycle is a UK based volunteer run Charity. They seek to empower communities in developing countries through the provision of free books and educational resources. They also encourage the reforestation of rural England by offering free trees and information on self-sustainability.

All of this is achieved through kind donations at their ‘free’ bookshops and shelves located in community spaces.

This Sunday, 3rd December, the Book Cycle are holding their Christmas Fayre
